BON JOVI STEPPED BACK ONTO THE STAGE FOR ONE LAST ENCORE — AND THE ROAR GREW EVEN LOUDER WHEN HE INTRODUCED BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN AS “THE KING OF THE GREAT STATE OF NEW JERSEY.” Standing side by side beneath the lights, the two rock legends looked completely at ease as they launched into “Who Says You Can’t Go Home.” They traded smiles, leaned toward each other between lines and soaked up the reaction from a crowd watching two generations of New Jersey rock share the same stage. The night then closed with “The Promised Land,” with both men laughing, singing shoulder to shoulder and clearly enjoying every second of the reunion. It felt less like a polished guest appearance and more like two old friends making the most of one unforgettable final moment.
