Shocking video shows Connecticut dad Paul Kueker jumped to his death at a weekend concert at Madison Square Garden — with witnesses telling cops he appeared “intoxicated,’’ law-enforcement sources said Monday.

The 51-year-old married father of two, who was celebrating his 25th wedding anniversary with his wife at Saturday’s Goose concert, was captured in the footage reviewed by The Post taking a head-first dive from a balcony in the 300s section — landing on fellow concertgoers below.

He “appeared intoxicated” and “under the influence’’ before he took the horrifying leap over the 4-foot glass barrier shortly before 10 p.m., law-enforcement sources said, quoting witnesses.
