The children, ranging from 18 months to 18 years old, were unable to speak, with an 18-year-old developmentally disabled girl unable to even write her name . Ohio Attorney General Andy Wilson described them as looking “almost like feral animals” . The children’s parents and two grandparents – Gary Siders Jr., Gary Siders Sr., Christina Siders and Elizabeth Siders – appeared in court and have been charged with second-degree felony child endangerment .
