BRYAN KOHBERGER’S NEW LAWYER JUST ISSUED A WARNING ABOUT THE IDAHO MURDERS CASE — “THE PUBLIC” MAY NOT KNOW THE “COMPLETE STORY” 👀 More than a year after Kohberger pleaded guilty to killing four University of Idaho students, his case is suddenly moving back into uncomfortable territory. New attorney Jason Goldman is now openly cautioning people against assuming everything they believe about the case tells the whole story — while saying there are still “serious questions” about how it reached this point. He stopped short of revealing exactly what those questions are. But with Kohberger now challenging what happened before his guilty plea, the next hearing could put details into the public record that were never fully examined before.

Bryan Kohberger‘s new legal team has come out swinging … claiming the public should be careful not to believe everything they’ve heard about the case, TMZ has learned.

The convicted murderer’s new lawyer, Jason Goldman, tells PEOPLE that the public should “simply caution against assuming that everything the public believes it knows about this case tells the complete story.”

Jason added, “There remain serious questions about how this case reached its present posture and a hearing will provide an appropriate forum to address those issues.”

As TMZ previously reported, Bryan is currently attempting to kick the judge off his case while he tries to make moves for a new trial. He claimed his former lawyers pressured him into taking a plea deal.
