A short run of 2026 U.S. summer shows featuring Gene Simmons alongside Sebastian Bach, Lita Ford, and Quiet Riot has been officially cancelled.
The three-date mini-tour was scheduled to hit Fresno, Murphys, and Stateline between July 17 and July 19, but was abruptly called off before it could launch.
The cancellation was confirmed by Lita Ford in a social media post addressing fans directly.
“We are very sad to announce the cancellation of the following three shows for next month with Gene Simmons, Sebastian Bach & Quiet Riot:
July 17th – Fresno CA
July 18th – Murphys CA
July 19th – Stateline NVSincere apologies for the inconvenience caused and we hope to be back in these markets very soon.”
No official explanation has been provided by any of the artists or the tour’s promotion team.
Following the announcement, some fans have begun speculating on social media that the cancellation could be tied to weaker-than-expected ticket sales. However, none of the involved acts have commented on those claims.
The now-scrapped run had been part of a broader busy year for Simmons, who has continued balancing solo appearances, casino performances, and cruise events.
In addition to his U.S. plans, Simmons has also previously announced a Canadian tour set for late 2026, spanning multiple provinces and cities:
November 30, 2026 – Nisku, AB – Silent Ice Center
December 1, 2026 – Calgary, AB – Grey Eagle Resort & Casino
December 3, 2026 – Lethbridge, AB – VisitLethbridge.com Arena
December 5, 2026 – Moose Jaw, SK – Temple Gardens Centre
December 7, 2026 – Saskatoon, SK – TCU Place
December 9, 2026 – Winnipeg, MB – Centennial Concert Hall
December 12, 2026 – Sydney, NS – Centre 200
In addition to the Canadian run, Simmons will also return to Las Vegas later this year with KISS for the second edition of “KISS Kruise: Land-Locked in Vegas,” following the strong reception of its debut last year.
The immersive fan event will take place November 13–15 at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, bringing fans from around the world together once again. Last year’s inaugural edition reportedly drew attendees from all 50 U.S. states and 32 countries.
The 2026 edition is being developed in partnership with Pophouse, Vibee, and Topeka, and will feature the only KISS live performances of the year. The lineup will include KISS members Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Tommy Thayer, and Eric Singer, along with a range of interactive fan events throughout the weekend. Read more about it here.
