“SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE UNDER HOUSE ARREST…” — COURT FOOTAGE & TRACKING LOGS REVEAL DISTURBING PATTERN IN GEORGIA TEACHER CASE New court documents and monitoring records tied to a Georgia teacher accused of abusing multiple teenagers are now raising serious questions after alleged electronic tracking data reportedly showed repeated movements far beyond her approved restrictions. According to filings, officials reviewing compliance footage and location logs flagged dozens of incidents where the accused was seen or recorded traveling to public spaces she was legally barred from visiting. Portions of the monitoring data — including timestamps and flagged alerts — are now being closely examined as part of the ongoing case. Investigators say some of these movements allegedly placed her in areas where children were present, intensifying concerns already raised in court about public safety and bond conditions. Now, one specific sequence in the tracking records — captured across multiple days — is what prosecutors are focusing on most, and it’s quickly becoming the most discussed part of the case.

Georgia teacher accused of sexually abusing 6 teens broke house arrest 85 times: court docs

A Georgia science teacher accused of sexually abusing six teenagers broke her house arrest conditions 85 times in just one month — including to visit locations where children were present, according to new court documents.

Maris Nichols, 25, was already charged with having sex with a student when she was dramatically re-arrested last month after it emerged she allegedly abused five others — including a girl.

The suspended Alexander High teacher, who faces 13 charges in total, was released on a $74,000 bond on May 21 but was banned from having any contact with kids apart from her daughter, 6, under the terms of her bail, according to the court documents, filed on Friday and seen by The Post.

Prosecutors now say she should be locked up while she awaits trial.

Nichols could only go outdoors for a limited number of activities, including church visits, medical appointments, court hearings and meetings with her attorneys.

Despite being forced to wear an electronic tag, she allegedly violated her release terms 85 times in 27 days — and even went to locations with kids present, court docs alleged.

“The Defendant’s bond conditions clearly limited her movements to approved activities, including employment, religious services, attorney visits, medical appointments, and court appearances,” prosecutors said.

“However, the compliance report reflects that the Defendant repeatedly traveled to locations outside the scope of those approved activities, including retail stores and fast-food establishments.”

Prosecutors argued “the Defendant’s unauthorized travel to public locations, including locations where children are frequently present, undermines the purpose of those [bail] conditions.”

Nichols, who was also a football operations manager at the school 25 miles west of Atlanta, allegedly breached her home curfew conditions 38 times.

Prosecutors say her “conduct while on bond demonstrates that no set of conditions will reasonably ensure compliance with the Court’s orders or adequately protect the public.”

She poses a “signifcant threat to the community, risks reoffending, and risks intimidating witnesses,” prosecutors claimed.

Nichols was first arrested on May 8 after allegations emerged that she had sex with a boy in a school closet as well as a in parked Hummer — before romping with another boy in his car at a golf course.

She allegedly sexted other teens about the sex acts she fantasized over — and made racy video calls to two teens under 16, according to an arrest warrant obtained by WAGA.

Nichols allegedly also sent nudes to a girl and encouraged her to watch “Fifty Shades of Grey” before asking to discuss the raunchy flicks.

Just three days before her first arrest, she ordered one of the teens she sexted to delete their communications, the warrant said.

The complaint did not say how old the alleged victims were, beyond the fact they are all teenagers.

Four of her alleged victims were students at Alexander High School, where Nichols had been hired in May 2023.

It has since emerged that some students knew she had an OnlyFans account — and the teacher was allegedly blackmailed by students hoping to get better grades.

She also allegedly had sex with one of her victims on video while wearing a “Jesus Loves You” sweater.

Nichols graduated from Liberty University, a private evangelical Christian school linked with the Southern Baptist Convention of Virginia known for its strict fraternization policy, under which students are expected “to abstain from sexual activity outside of a biblically ordained marriage,” according to its website.

She faces charges of child molestation, grooming, sexual contact and tampering with evidence.
