Parents charged after infant, brother found with bruises, bug bites and no running water in Philly horror home: ‘Horrible stench’

Two Pennsylvania parents were arrested after their little kids, including an infant, were found living in a stench-filled home full of feces, piles of trash and no running water, according to authorities and reports.

FBI agents uncovered the squalid conditions while executing a search warrant Tuesday at the Northeast Philadelphia home of Thomas Bach, 43, and Megan Bach, 44, over alleged terroristic threats made against the White House, a source told WPVI.

After talking with Megan Bach, agents entered the residence and deemed it unsafe due to “deplorable living conditions” — including two children living amongst feces, fleas, piles of trash and no running water, according to WPVI and NBC Philadelphia.

Two kids, aged 5 and 8 months, were rescued and taken to a local hospital after they were found covered in bug bites and bruises, WPVI said.

A whopping 38 cats and a dog were also taken from the property, with even more cats likely to be pulled from the home, according to the Pennsylvania SPCA.
